Fine art print of "Hot Yucca", another portrait of a tree. I was struck by the contrast of the spiky, spacious form of the green plant, and the flat, oniform shadow it cast on the pink, tiled wall behind it. Using the magic of painting, as opposed to photography, I slightly modified the color of that wall and rendered it flat, so that contrast becomes even more powerful. The result is a painting that seems to radiate heat, hence the name.
